Yes, you can send free sms on any mobile number all over the world from www.sendmassage.com no signup required. Below are the steps to send free sms.
Open your browser and goto www.sendmassage.com and click on Send Free Sms
Check the Sms Server status is ok or not, if ok then proceed otherwise try later or try another server.
